EC Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for the purchase of an EC (Executive Condominium), buyers will need to meet a number of eligibility criteria:

  1. Purchase under 1 of the following family nucleus structures
    • Fiance/Fiancee 
    • You and your spouse, and child(ren)
    • You, your parents and siblings
    • You and your child(ren) under your legal custody
  2. Citizenship:
    • An SC-SC Couple or SC-SPR Couple
  3. Household income:
    • Combined Household income not exceeding $16,000 monthly 
  4. Only for 1st or 2nd Timers 
  5. If you own a HDB, you must have met your MOP (Minimum Occupation Period) at the point of application 
  6. Buyers of a New EC need to have disposed of any private properties at least 30 months ago
