CENTRAL REGION

Bishan and Toa Payoh

Bishan and Toa Payoh are centrally located towns with easy access to amenities. Residents will enjoy new recreational and community facilities alongside new housing as well as improved connectivity with new cycling paths and park connectors.

Residents can also look forward to more job opportunities nearer to home at the Bishan Sub-Regional Centre and shorter commute times with the new Thomson-East Coast (TEL) and Cross Island Phase 1 (CRL1) MRT Lines.

Bukit Merah and Southern Islands

Bukit Merah is home to residential neighbourhoods with lush green spaces, historic precincts and heritage buildings. New residential developments, amenities and recreational facilities will cater to residents who want to enjoy the comforts of a mature estate to the city.
 
Sentosa, the largest of the Southern Islands, is Asia's leading leisure destination and well-loved by Singaporeans.
