The Chuan Grove Plot 2 GLS land plot comes following the earlier launch of Chuan Park by Kingsford, which was the former similarly named Chuan Park that was sold enbloc.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Chuan Grove to the highest tenderer, Sing Holdings Residential Pte. Ltd. and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd.
The site at Chuan Grove was launched for tender on 13 May 2025. The tender for the site closed on 4 September 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

Sing Holdings and Sunway Developments defended their turf in the Lorong Chuan MRT station locale at a state tender that closed on Thursday (Sep 4).
They teamed up to place the top bid for a second 99-year leasehold private-housing site in Chuan Grove. Their bid of S$623.91 million worked out to about S$1,331 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). This was 3.3 per cent lower than their winning bid of S$1,376 psf ppr for an adjacent site in a state tender in July.
The second Chuan Grove site drew five bids, against seven for the first one. Analysts noted that the first plot is closer to the MRT station, and has a more regular shape than the second one.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released a residential site at Chuan Grove for sale today under the first half 2025 (1H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The site at Chuan Grove can potentially yield about 505 residential units. These form part of the 5,030 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 1H2025 GLS Programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability.
The Government will continue to release a steady supply of private residential units in coming GLS programmes, with supply calibrated to account for prevailing economic and property market conditions.
The tender for the Chuan Grove site will close at 12 noon on 4 September 2025.
