The Chuan Grove Plot 2 GLS land plot is the second land plot in the Chuan Grove area, announced for Developer Tender on 13 May 2025.
The Chuan Grove Plot 2 GLS land plot comes following the earlier launch of Chuan Park by Kingsford, which was the former similarly named Chuan Park that was sold enbloc.
The first Chuan Grove GLS Land Plot was announced in June 2024 and launched for Developer Tender in May 2025, and will yield around 550 units.

In the same vicinity, Chuan Park by Kingsford launched for public sales in Nov 2024, selling 74% in its launch weekend at an average psf of S$2,579.
The first Chuan Grove GLS Land Plot was announced in June 2024 and launched for Developer Tender in May 2025, and will yield around 550 units.
This land is located in the highly sought after District 19, and will add to an existing collection of private residential projects in the area, including Chuan Court, The Chuan, Golden Hill Condominium, The Springbloom, Chiltern Park.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released a residential site at Chuan Grove for sale today under the first half 2025 (1H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The site at Chuan Grove can potentially yield about 505 residential units. These form part of the 5,030 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 1H2025 GLS Programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability.
The Government will continue to release a steady supply of private residential units in coming GLS programmes, with supply calibrated to account for prevailing economic and property market conditions.
The tender for the Chuan Grove site will close at 12 noon on 4 September 2025.

A second Chuan Grove residential site has been released for sale under the 2025 government land sales (GLS) programme.
The 14,514.3 square metre (sq m) site, which is on a 99-year lease, can accommodate 505 new condominium units. It is expected to attract firm interest amid steady demand for housing in the area.
The release of this plot follows last December’s launch for tender for a similarly-sized adjacent site in the Lorong Chuan area. That tender, expected to yield an estimated 555 units, closes on Jul 8.
