
In May 2024, the URA published a proposed masterplan amendment to rezone a plot of land next to one of Geneo’s five buildings from business park use to residential use with a plot ratio of 4.1, and other ancillary uses.
This site was formerly occupied by the Defence Science and Technology Agency from 2000 to 2018. The agency’s building was demolished in 2020.
The business park’s master developer and operator CapitaLand Development will develop this site into Science Park's first housing project, which will broaden housing options for professionals who work there.
This project will be called Lyndenwoods.
Lyndenwoods will launch for Booking on the 12 July with the following starting prices:

CapitaLand Development (CLD) will soon start previews for its LyndenWoods condominium – the first residential project launched in the Singapore Science Park – with prices starting at S$2,200 per square foot (psf).
Located along Science Park Drive in District 5, the 99-year leasehold development houses 343 units across two 24-storey blocks. It spans a total land area of 11,556.9 square metres, with a gross floor area of 31,730.4 sq m.
Two-bedders – spanning 635 to 883 square feet (sq ft) and accounting for 67 per cent of units – are priced from S$1.4 million. The indicative price starts at S$2.4 million for three-bedders sized 1,023 to 1,292 sq ft; and S$3.6 million for four-bedders sized 1,647 sq ft.

SINGAPORE – Technology and development hub Singapore Science Park is set to get its first residential project, a 300-unit condominium.
The planned condominium, on a site of about 0.7ha, will be linked to Kent Ridge MRT station via Geneo, an integrated development that will fully open in 2025, said the business park’s master developer and operator CapitaLand Development (CLD).
