WOODLANDS residential project Norwood Grand sold 292 units, or 84 per cent of its 348 units, over its launch weekend, at an average selling price of S$2,067 per square foot (psf).
Almost all homebuyers, at 99.7 per cent, were Singaporeans or permanent residents, project developer City Developments Limited (CDL) said on Sunday (Oct 20).

CITY Developments Limited (CDL) will start previews for its Woodlands project, Norwood Grand, on Friday (Oct 4) with prices starting from S$988,000 and just under S$2,000 per square foot (psf).
Units at the 348-unit condominium development on Champions Way start with one-bedroom (plus study) units of 495 square feet (sq ft) from S$988,000 or S$1,996 psf and two-bedroom apartments from 624 sq ft priced from S$1.238 million (S$1,984 psf). Three bedroom units start from S$1.698 million (S$1,923 psf) for an 883 sq ft layout, while four-bedroom apartments, sized from 1,173 sq ft, will cost from S$2.238 million (S$1,908 psf).

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the sites at Lentor Central and Champions Way to the highest tenderers, namely Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd., GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for the site at Lentor Central; and CDL Stellar Pte. Ltd. for the site at Champions Way.
The sites at Lentor Central and Champions Way were launched for tender on 12 April 2023 and 25 May 2023 respectively. The tenders for these sites closed on 12 September 2023. The sites were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the two sites at Lentor Central and Champions Way today.
The public tender for the two sites at Lentor Central and Champions Way were launched on 12 April 2023 and 25 May 2023 respectively.
This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.

This land plot is situated right beside Innova Primary School, and is conveniently located within walking distance to the Woodlands South MRT Station, which is part of the Thomson East Coast Line.
It is also next to the Singapore Sports School and near to the upcoming Woodlands Integrated Healthcare Campus.
Based on an initial estimate, there are 5 primary schools within 1km to the Champions Way land plot, and another 5 primary schools within 1-2km of the land plot.

The Land Parcel, bounded by Woodlands Drive 17, Champions Way and Woodlands Avenue 1 and adjacent to Innova Primary School to the north, is designated for residential development within the Woodlands Planning Area. It is located within an established residential area that comprises mostly medium-density public housing.
The Land Parcel is well-served by train services along the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), with the nearest Woodlands South MRT station within walking distance of the Land Parcel.
