Award of tender for URA sale sites at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Dunman Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the sites at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Dunman Road to the highest tenderers, namely United Venture Development (No. 5) Pte. Ltd. for the site at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Sing-Haiyi Jade Pte. Ltd. for the site at Dunman Road.   

The sites at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Dunman Road were launched for tender on 24 February 2022 and 14 March 2022 respectively. The tenders for these sites closed on 2 June 2022. The sites were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.

URA releases two sale sites at Pine Grove (Parcels A & B)

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at Pine Grove (Parcels A & B) for sale today under the Reserve List of the second half 2021 (2H2021) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. Together, these two sites can yield up to 1,085 residential units.

The Pine Grove Parcel A land plot is located just off Pandan Valley Road and Ulu Pandan Road. 

With a site area of 2.25ha (242,188 sqft) the land plot is expected to yield 520 housing units.
