The Senja Close EC land plot was announced on the 7 June 2022, as part of the Government's GLS land plots for 2H 2022.
It is expected to be in high demand, considering that the last EC launch in the same area was Blossom Residences, which TOPed in 2014.
This land plot is expected to yield 300 residential units, and will be made available for Developer application in Nov 2022.

The Government today announced the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the second half of 2022 (2H2022), which comprises six Confirmed List sites and eight Reserve List sites. These sites can yield about 7,310 private residential units, 94,750 sqm gross floor area (GFA) of commercial space and 530 hotel rooms.
This includes the land plot for Senja Close EC, which is located in the Bukit Panjang residential area, near to Jelapang LRT Station.
