I am delighted to write this review for Edric, a consummate professional, who acted for me in the purchase and subsequent leasing out of my first property.
Edric’s technical knowledge of the local real estate market is very sound. He consistently provides relevant, balanced and nuanced insights backed by data and policy reports.
More importantly, he is a man of integrity and common sense who also shares his honest opinions and practical advice in every situation.
His holistic advice put me in a position to make fully informed decisions in my transactions.
On a personal level, Edric is very likable and connects easily with people from all walks of life.
A highly skilled communicator and negotiator, he does a great job at bridging the gap between buyer and seller, landlord and tenant which in my case resulted in my transactions closing with pleasant and positive outcomes for all involved.
What truly sets Edric apart is his dedication to going above and beyond.
He is highly responsive and accompanies his clients through all stages of the transaction, and takes a hands-on approach to problem solve (he will want to resolve your problem as if it were his own).
Just as an example, Edric even took it upon himself to assist with minor renovations and repairs to my new purchase.
Edric’s passion for his work and care for his clients translates to excellent service, and I give him the strongest recommendation to anyone looking for an agent who is trustworthy, knowledgeable and will help achieve the best possible outcome for their real estate transactions.

I don't really write reviews, but I think this is one of the few times it warrants one.
Edric is a really smart, reliable and trustworthy agent, who would go beyond the call of duty to service his clients.
Beyond the basic services, he can provide data-driven insights (not sales pitch, but REAL insights) in accordance to your needs and questions. E.g. if you want to know the real cost involved and how much you would really make for a potential investment, he crunches the numbers and shares the assumptions like a management consultant.
I also appreciate that he doesn't "hard sell", and would genuinely act in the clients' interests.
He presents the cons and pros, without trying to "close you" ASAP, and lets you make an informed decision.
I get the feeling he really wants me to like my purchase, and this is refreshing in a professional relationship. Trust and good advice in the clients' interests are rare commodities especially among sales professionals.
But with Edric, I think I have experienced both aplenty, and I'm grateful to him

Working with Edric is an excellent experience from start to finish - he is truly a professional in SG real estate field.
Edric was recommended to me by my friend.
I can only say I am impressed that Edric consistently goes above and beyond with meticulous attention to detail and he is really knowledgeable, which helped me to make well-informed decisions as a first-time property owner.
I can rely on his responsiveness and he promptly addressed any queries I had.
There are so many property agents in Singapore, but what truly set Edric apart is his combination of expertise, trustworthiness, and commitment to excellent service.

When I was looking to purchase new property and found Edric. Just note that I don't easily trust any people. He given the confident that he is the right person and I engage him as my property agent.

His skills of taking a 3D view of my house and his explaining of the selling process are professional. My home was sold within weeks.

Most of the time he is doing the liaising with buyer. Best, he even help me submit application to HDB for selling my property with paying upfront fees for me.

Things does not end here. He knows that I am upgrading on my next purchase. He assist to search for it. People may think searching the next home is easy, as long have money. Now is the part after searching the new home. The housing loan comes to play. He also have network getting the best person to get my loan approved.

Nevertheless, I will like to thanks him for all the hard work done for us.
