To purchase a new EC, buyers will need to fill in an EC eApp Form or eApplication Form in which they will provide details such their Name, NRIC, Address, Income, and also whether they are First or Second Timers.
Please note that the eApplication Form provided here is just a sample; buyers will need to fill in application forms specific to each EC project.
As part of the EC Launch Process, after the mandatory 15-month wait, the project will commence its Preview at the project showflat - the Preview typically lasts for about 2 weeks.
During the Preview period, buyers will head to the project showflat and fill in the EC eApplication Form to submit their interest, and subsequently will be issued a ticket to take part in the Launch Day Balloting.
